I can squeeze this white puss ball like stuff out of my tonsil. it comes from the side on tonsil where it sits against side of throat. be worried?

Family practice : If it hurts and you feel i'll with a fever you may have tonsillitis.Sometimes you can develope a collection of saliva/food mixture in the craters of the tonsils. It turns white and thick in appearance. Gargling can help prevent or eliminate it.
