Are excessive colon cleanses bad for your health? if so, how?

Excess Colon Water: This question leads to a question. How do you define excess colonic cleanses. This common practice has no medical benefits. But, too frequent can cause both trauma to the colon and water poisoning, which can be deadly if used too frequently. As a physician i would advise you not to do this practice unless you are advised to do so by a real physician.
