Probably not: Tapeworms cause you to pass seed packets which are pale egg packets. There are several types of worms which will pass as well and some of these are color. While this could be from the fact that you are infested with a worm in this category, it could also be some type of foreign material from the food you ate or perhaps an unclean bathtub. If you are feeling well, you can wait this out.
