Sex: If you have a 28 day menstrual cycle, then 14 days prior to your period would be when you would likely ovulated. Are you concerned about pregnancy or STD? Use of protection helps to reduce chance of pregnancy but is not 100% effective. Use protection every time if you are not ready for pregnancy.
