Depends: Depends on the allergist, the nature of the problem and the type of evaluation needed. The first visit is usually the longest especially if testing is done. A detailed history is take and an examination performed. If allergy skin testing and / or pulmonary function testing is done at the time it may take 1 to 3 hours for the evaluation to be completed.
