No : Finish them off, even if you feel better. Antibiotics are prescribed in such a way that you must take all the pills in the prescription. If you do not, then you risk having the infection return and the antibiotics not working the second time around as the bacteria that were still around when you stopped have become resistant to the antibiotic.
