Is it possible to be allergic to people being near?

Not likely: There is no real evidence or studies on allergies to other people. If you are reacting in an allergic manner to another person it is much more likely that you are reacting to animal dander from home (dog, cat) or the scent of something they put on themselves (lotion, perfume).
