Keep area clean: The reaction is most likely an irritant reaction from the razor. Depending on the area of the bumps, i would just try keeping the area clean with soap and water first. If it was bad and would not go away, you could try an over the counter Hydrocortisone cream. I would not use this treatment on the face or private areas.
