What to do if recently diagnosed with level 1 food allergies?

Clarify, please: Please explain "level 1" food allergies. Allergies to foods can be caused by different types of responses, including ige and igg, and other possible impacts from immune system. If you avoid a food to which you are allergic, the interaction with and igg ab is typically less than 3 days; ige usually less but can be more serious when that reaction happens.
