Depends: Depends on the stage. Control bp, blood sugar, avoid anti inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen and others. Also avoid other nephrotoxic medications. Even BP being too low is bad. Sometimes an ace-inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker is used.
