Is it safe to drink pain medicine after drinking allergy pills?

Generally yes: Claritin and Allegra are non-sedating and should not interact with pain medications. Zyrtec sometimes causes drowsiness, and it would be better to use an alternative. Steroidal nasal sprays (flonase, nasonex, (mometasone) etc.) would not be a problem.
