No: Presumably you only have a single kidney. No surgeon or center would permit a solitary kidney to be donated. This would be a death sentence.

Donate last kidney?: If you donate your last kidney, you will wind up on some sort of dialysis, or die of kidney failure. No transplant center would allow you to be a donor, no matter how good your intentions are.
