HPV: If both are negatives for hpv- then oral sex would not increase your risk for oral cancer- especially if both are monogamous. Hpv is transmitted easily however. It doesn't have to be from sexual act- but also can be transmitted from kissing, exchange of saliva from sharing drink using same glass, personal utensil/etc.Chewing tobacco/ smoking and alcohol are the biggest risk factors for oral cancer.
