Check the calories: Healthy foods have many varieties and variable amount of calories. Make sure you are getting low calories by eating more of veggies and low fat foods(no fried foods, no extra sugars) and aim for taking in less than 1500 calories/day in total . You will lose more weight if you fill up your tummy with water, salads(no dressings) vegetables and fruits. This means cutting out most animal based foods.
