How come girls get white stuff from vagina?

Normal secretions: White vaginal discharge is almost always normal, unless there is also severe vaginal itching. The lining of the vagina releases fluid that acts as a natural lubricant and also keeps the tissues healthy. The medical term is leukorrhea. Some girls produce more of the secretions than others, but it is a normal physiologic process.
