Probably not: You could be stressed mentally or physically. You could be responding to a different diet or exercise program. Maybe a new medication or relationship is affecting you. Either way, what you are experiencing is most likely temporary and will pass in the same way the previous episode did. It may go on for a while, and then go away. For now, you don't need to be worried. At 6 months of trouble, worry.
