Yes : Marvelon is a birth control pill with estrogen and Progesterone already in it. Duphaston is just a progesterone. I am not sure why both would be prescribed, but yes, you can take both.

Hormones: Marvelon is a combined estrogen and Progesterone pill used to protect women from getting pregnant. Duphaston is a Progesterone only pill. If you are trying to prevent pregnancy, marvelon alone would have been ok. Not sure why Duphaston was prescribed for 7 days only. I would call your doc and ask him what the reason is for that.

Don't understand: Duphaston is a progeterone substitute i don't understand its purpose in someone on birth control pills which have potent progetin medication in them--but it will not be harmful to take it for 7 days.
