No: If you're pregnancy tests are negative, then likely you're not pregnant. As to why you're late for your period, that can be very common in young women your age. Extremes of weight (thin and obese) can cause changes in periods as well. I would hang in there and if you're worried, make an appointment with md to assess what your reasons, risks are for having delayed period.
