CIN 1: If you have not had the initial visit with colposcopy yet i would wish you to have this before your travels. If all of your cervical skin is just at one then you are safe, but if there any other lesions that are farther on the scale towards cancer then i would be concerned.

Three months should be okay: Cervical dysplasia is slow growing. If your last pap smear was normal last year you're probably fine.

CIN1 does not requir: You do not need any active treatment for cin1 as it often resolves by itself. So you can travel safely as it may take months to years for it to get better or worse. Only cin3 requires active treatment.
