More info is needed: The reason for the excess bleeding needs to be established and appropriate treatment needs to be started. Specific questions would be for a mild bleeding disorder, as von willebrand disease, or mild coagulation factor deficiency. Regardless of the cause, iron replacement therapy needs to be considered.
