Not pregnant: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. Clearly you are not pregnant. You need to have hormone testing done to evaluate abnormal lactation.

Probably not: If all your pregnancy tests have been negative, then you are not pregnant. If you've not had a period since jan/feb, then you may be having anovulation, absent ovulation. Talk to your doc about further testing/treatment.
