You are not pregnant: Yes, given your story there has to be some other cause for your delayed period. You have tested more than once and with different kinds of tests. The possibility that these are all false results is statistically impossible, i would say.

Missed period: You have to realize although pregnancy is # 1 thing to rule out in case of a missed period, it's not the only reason for that. Absence of ovulation (anovulation) is another common cause in women. It may be that you will not have a period for a while and then end up having profuse protracted bleeding that you will seek help for. To avoid that, see your doc instead.
