Anatomy : I am unsure what you are really asking. Everything about your body will be changing or be different during your pregnancy. Your perineum will be more sweaty, under more pressure from the stretching and weight gain, etc. Please follow the advice of your OB and get a prenatal book to read so you can answer all of the common questions one has when they are pregnant.
