Concerning: If in fact you experience abdominal pain every time you move , or experience a bumpy car ride, that is very concerning and should prompt immediate evaluation. This is especially so if these symptoms are of a recent or sudden onset. Definitely discuss with your doctor.

Stomach pain: Perhaps your belly is exposed to more shaking when you're doing so. If it doesn't bother you, otherwise, i would not worry too much, but would try to avoid the situations known to cause/aggravate your discomfort.
