Yes: While these could be side effects of medication or hormonal influences of the menstrual cycle, it is pretty easy to get a home pregnancy test and check.

?: Potential SE’s w emergency contraception: tender breasts; changes in menstrual flow (spotting, bleeding, early or late period or spotting instead of period); nausea/ vomiting & abdominal discomfort. These could be side effects, premenstrual symptoms. They would be quite early to be pregnancy symtpoms. Take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period.
