Chance, technically: but the rhythm method is somewhat effective, and plan B is very effective, so the odds are 1% or less. Also, the breasts do not change before the time when the pregnancy test would be accurate (1-2 weeks past the expected period date).

None: Had sex during a non fertile period and also used plan B making pregnancy highly unlikely.
