See below: Most importantly they will order tests to see if you are anemic and perhaps stool studies. But, ultimately they will be performing a colonoscopy.

I'm experiencing severe stomach cramps, now passing stools with blood, my chosen GP refusing to refer me to a gastroenterologist, it's being 4 weeks now I'm in pain and having loose stools
3 weeks irritated trachea, lungs, at times strong shortness of breath, very tight lungs, belly muscles hard. No mucus, no cough, no fever. Xray, blood test ok. 99% oxy. Seems to linger around very long. What could it be? Doctor in hospital useless.
Diarrhea is watery and yellow in colour occasionally chunky in appearance. Did a white blood cell count test which came back normal, electrolytes and sugars also normal. Sypmtoms have been present for a week.
Feeling movement in lower stomach only when standing up and having stomach muscles tighten up negative blood test what else could it be?
