I been on deposhot since oct last year. starting about march, i been bleeding and i've had to wear a pad since then and still now cuz it on n off.help?

Progesterone effects: Sometimes the depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot can cause bleeding between periods. Maybe it's not the best birth control for you? You can speak with your doctor about adding some estrogen pills (birth control pills) to take that might lessen your bleeding. Or you could consider a different form of birth control all together.
