Pure speculation: Unfortunately your question does not include any facts or anything about your recent menstrual or sexual history so any answer is pure speculation and guessing. Brown discharge is very common and is not indicative of pregnancy. Sore breasts are also common for a number of reasons. If your period is late or has not arrived then is it time to get tested for pregnancy.
