Probably not: I am not quite sure if the period finally came or is being delayed. If it came, then it is good, the fact you had spotting after cryo is ok, somewhat expected. The only concern might be pregnancy. If still in doubt, do pregnancy test. If negative, i would simply wait for next period. Period irregularities are common and most of them are benign.
