You can do it: There is no standardized method and treatment should be individualized. You should not fight this alone & ideally under the longitudinal care of a psychiatrist &/or addiction medicine specialist. In most, withdrawal symptoms tremendously improve by 3 weeks. Treatment of co-morbid conditions, antidepressants, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, & behavioral therapy, augmented with holistic measures.
