Need evaluation: What else are you taking? Do you know if there are any contaminants in the creatine preparation? Why are you taking creatine? Please consult your doctor for an evaluation as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without more history, physical examination and lab tests.

Maybe: Could be. Sgot measures liver function.Creatine has been reported to adversely affect the liver. I would stop and retest.After of course discussing with your doctor.
