Immunity: If you have already had chicken pox or the varicella vaccine there should be no issue. You should have immunity, check with your infection control nurse or occupational medicine center for your workplace policy. Varicella: You cannot get chicken pox again if you have already had it. I am not sure what your worry is or why you are asking this question. Go meet the patient and take his medical history and please do not worry. There is nothing to worry about.
