CoQ10: Some people have less effective fat digestion and absorption. Ubiquinone is therefore less well absorbed. Because it is effectively water soluble, ubiquinol is expected to be better digested and absorbed. There are some studies looking at blood levels that suggest this is accurate. Typically dose is lower using ubiquinol, partly for this reason.
