Period?: How long has this been going on? Are you in the first few days of your period? It could be cramps. Alternatively, it could be a stomach virus causing a temporary (a week) stomach cramps. Could you possibly be pregnant? Pregnancy can cause nausea and an ectopic pregnancy can cause abdominal pains. Ectopic pregnancies are extremely dangerous, so get that check in 24 hours if you could be pregnant.
