No worry....: Constipation in babies is not how often you poop, but consistency of poop. If stools are soft/mushy when they are passed, nothing to worry about. Only need to be concerned if stools are hard and formed. Belly button hernias are quite common - if you think about, everyone is born with one so the cord can protrude through the gap in the muscles. Very few to on to need any surgical intervention.

Depends: Umbilical hernia usually closes spontaneously. Although not common, there can be incarceration or strangulation events, which are emergencies requiring immediate medical attention. Constipation may or may not be related. Best to have the child examined by a pediatric surgeon.
