I understand that propanolol sometimes cause chest pains, but is there any chance of a substitute? because i can no longer take the chest pains.

Propranollol: Propranolol, or inderal, (propranolol) is used to slow the heart rate and decrease the force of cardiac compression. It can be used to lower blood pressure and to treat migraines. It should not cause chest pain. It may prevent the uncomfortable palpitations of atrial tachycardias.
