This is not Cancer: Young boys do not get testicular cancer. Testicular cancer is seen in older young men from ages 26 to 32. They often develop a lump on their testicle itself that can be tender to touch. The testicles in men are otherwise smooth to touch in contrast to the lumpy curvy feel of the blood vessels and tubes that are separate from the testicles that go to the prostate gland.
