Just checked my blood tests from the emergency department and it says that the hemolise interfered with the results, what does that mean? is it bad?

No: Hemolysis means that something went wrong when they collected or stored the blood. The blood cells burst and released their chemicals in the serum causing a high potassium level and apparent anemia. That simply means your test needs to be repeated because the results are not valid.
