Couple things: Rule out pregnancy first. The pill is not 100% effective. It could also be breakthrough bleeding. In all honesty though its difficult to know why you are bleeding and having pain with sex without an examination. It could also be from cervicitis and a friable cervix. Consider an evaluation very soon.
