Allergies: Sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to certain foods. It would be smart to get yourself tested, since an allergic reaction to a specific food may cause your tongue to rapidly swell up, causing a life threatening situation.

Stop eating them!: Sounds like an allergic reaction. I would avoid those foods until you have a complete allergy work up. The next time you eat these foods could be your last. See an allergist.
