Some ideas: 1) change environments and scenarios in which you use porn 2) examine the pros and cons of using porn--write them down. 3) spend less time alone; do a review of your relationships, who can you re-connect with, can you meet new people? What would make your current relationships better? 4) learn healthy ways to deal with feelings like anxiety, boredom, anger, sadness and loneliness.
