Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Short answer, yes. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is effectively amphetamine which is much stronger and longer lasting than caffeine. Caffeine blocks Adenosine receptor. Adenosine is technically a signal to sedate, so blocking causes alertness but milder impact.
