Yes: It is possible to know if you have ADHD. to begin with, if you did not have symptoms of ADHD as a child, or acquried your symptoms after a concussion or other brain injury or brain infection, it is unlikely you have ADHD. To determine what you have, start with your primary care doctor and then get a referral for neuropsychological testing.
