Could you tell me what happens to a pregnant woman with acute leukemia?

It depends on stage : In early pregnancy(first trimester) the baby is at high risk of damage. After 3-4 months, patients can be safely treated with chemotherapy just like other folks and can do well if the patient's leukemia goes into complete remission(cr).
