Acne: Unfortunately, it will run its course. Do not 'squeeze' it or it could enlarge or become grossly infected and require professional care. Use nonastringent meds, no alcohol, and use mild soaps without fragrance or other additives twice a day. And if it worsens, you should be seen as not all bumps on noses are 'acne', and some are boils.
