No it will not: Cetaphil lotion is a moisturizing lotion for dry skin and will not help acne.You need benzyl peroxide, with antibiotic local or oral and may need retinoids locally.

Can I use a sulfur ointment twice a week if If I use other acne products? I use a benzoyl peroxide wash in the mornings (it's gentle) and an otc azelaic acid suspension. at night the cleanser and moisturizer are gentle because I use tretinoin.
