What can be done about acne when nothing works?

What failed?: Acne is a chronic disease and will eventually recur even after a course of isotretinoin. Don't get discouraged, but keep managing it. If nothing -- antibiotics and Isotretinoin included -- failed, perhaps this is not acne. I've seen errors made. Good luck.
