Stomache pain in my upper adominal area and have nausea what could this be?

Multiple causes: Gallbladder, pancreatitis, stomach virus, food poisoning, constpiation. Any of these are possible and further information is required to give a better answer. Fever, severe nausea w/ vomiting, unable to eat or drink are all reasons to seek immediate care.
