Don't know but: you should see your doctor and get a complete evaluation, with a full history, physical exam and possibly lab tests and imaging studies. Smoking increases stomach acid, and also reduces the pressure in the lower esophageal sphincter, so people get more reflux and heartburn, but sometimes abdominal pain. This is especially true if you drink alcohol as well.
